Graveyard is back in the game and has announced a series of European dates. After my heart was shattered into a million pieces in September of last year when the band announced they were “closing for business“, the band re-emerged with news that they were moving forward without longtime drummer Axel Sjöberg. There has been no major announcement as to who is replacing Sjöberg but the band has released the following European dates:
2017-06-01 Umea (U Rock) SE
2017-06-18 Dessel (Graspop Metal Meeting) BE
2017-06-23 Vitoria-Gasteiz (Azkena Rock Festival) ES
2017-07-29 Gijon (Tsunami Xixón) ES
2017-10-03 Dresden (Beatpol) DE
2017-10-04 Wien (Ottakringer Brauerei) AT
2017-10-05 München (Freiheizhalle) DE
2017-10-06 Pratteln (Up in Smoke Vol. 5) CH
2017-10-08 Mezzago (Bloom) IT
2017-10-09 Salzburg (Rockhouse) AT
2017-10-10 Frankfurt (Gibson) DE
2017-10-11 Köln (Essigfabrik) DE
2017-10-12 Bochum (Zeche) DE
2017-10-13 Tilburg (013) NL
2017-10-15 Hamburg (Grünspan) DE
Graveyard is still supporting their stellar 2016 release Innocence and Decadence but I wouldn’t be surprised if a new song or two will be entered into the mix. Graveyard, as always, is keeping things pretty quiet in the camp but as soon as anything official is released I will have any and all information to share with you all here. Consider this your definitive stop for Graveyard news. haha. Ok, not really but just keep checking back. Until then, dig on this awesome clip of the band performing “Too Much is Not Enough.”
