After a highly successful 2024 worldwide, British Metal juggernaut Venom Inc has once again returned stateside to lay waste upon the US from coast to coast. It’s been a wild ride for leader/bassist/vocalist/songwriter Tony “Demolition Man” Dolan but nothing can stand in this dude’s way. Pushing through everything from tour accidents to lineup changes, Dolan is one to prove that the music that Venom Inc makes is greater than the sum of those playing it. Tony is one of the most amazing people I have ever met and the level of artistic and human credibility that he possesses is unmatched.
Venom Inc is out on the road featuring new guitarist Curran Murphy and drummer Marc “JXN” Jackson and while I was thinking about him, I dropped Tony a line last week to see how everything was going and he was excited to check in with me from the tour with a message for all of the fans near and far:
View from the ROAD…
America is always an amazing adventure, the scenery, food, people.. This so far has been no exception.. a week of shows in.. from Ice and snow storms to Fires in LA its been extraordinary… My heart is with the loss of life and homes in California…which does overwhelm all other things.
From the show perspective? It’s been incredible so far.. from the first date in Santa Ana & the Whisky A Go Go having Juan Garcia (Body Count/Evil
Dead) joining us onstage through San Francisco where Eric Cutler (Autopsy), Chris Kontos (Machine Head/Forbidden) , Craig Locicero (Forbidden) joined us onstage, seeing Leather Leone my dear friend there to the race to play Denver after our tour bus had issues….and making it 30mins before we hit the stage..its been the most crazy but wonderful ride so far!!
Shows have been amazing and fans incredible!!! Everywhere!! Huge gratitude and thanks to them all… Salem’s Childe are out performing themselves with every new show and we have so much in our set we can change the experience for every audience!
Playing our material and peppering with classics from my 36yr VENOM repertoire is beyond fun and all fan picked songs which gives even more meaning and a sense of togetherness from the opening chords of each show!
